Prepaid business credit card

It is almost essential these days to have a credit card for business purposes. However, not every business can afford to have, or will not be accepted for, a traditional credit type arrangement with their financial provider. In these situations a business can use their own finances, but still have the versatility of a credit card, with a prepaid business credit card.
A prepaid card means that the card has access to the business account or can be â??topped upâ? with business finances so that you are using your own money. The credit card in the name just means that it can be used in the same way as a traditional credit card. This means that you will not have access to credit once the balance of your account runs out and will need to place more funds on the card.
This type of business credit cards can be used for anything that a traditional business card can be used for. This includes hiring vehicles, buying stock, business trips and similar type of expenses. Having the card can also make it easier to keep track of the outgoing finances with monthly statements available via email, paper or online. This means that reporting your expenses to the government becomes much easier and if you are ever audited for tax purposes you will have all of your records available.
